Educational Operations Manager

Carmen has been a member of the Partington Behavior Analysts' consulting team since 1998.

She moved to California to mentor under Dr. Partington’s supervision after earning her Master’s of Science Degree in Clinical-Behavioral Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.  Carmen received her BCBA in 2011.

Carmen has worked for almost 15 years in the field of behavioral psychology. She is trained in B.F. Skinner’s methods of applied behavior analysis and verbal behavior, and provides training and consultation to families, school districts, and other professionals in Northern California, Los Angeles, New York, and Hong Kong.

Holli Henningsen Jerdes, MA, BCBAEducation Consultant
Educational Consultant

Holli joined Partington Behavior Analysts in 2007.

Holli earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Portland State University, and her Master’s Degee in Teaching as Applied Behavior Analysis from Teachers College. Columbia University, in 2007. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and credential teacher in regular and special education in both California and New York.

Holli specializes in implementing verbal behavior programs within the school setting and has been working with children with autism and their families since 1997. She trains teachers, administrators, and assistants in ABA instructional methodologies and clinical systems. Holli sees clients in Northern California, Hawaii, Iowa, and New York.


Nissa Intarachote Van Etten, MS, BCBAEducational Consultant
Educational Consultant

Nissa joined Partington Behavior Analysts in 2007.

She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who earned her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of California - Irvine in 2003. She went on to complete a Master’s Degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2007, where she wrote her thesis on Inclusion for a Non-Verbal Child with Autism.

Nissa provides training to parents and staff along with working to facilitate inclusion activities and increasing the use of language and comprehension for children with autism.

Melissa joined Partington Behavior Analysts in 2007.

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Psychology from The University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an Applied Behavior Analysis emphasis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Melissa received her BCBA in 2011.

Melissa has been working with children with autism since 2005, and currently works with children in our STARS Clinic as well as serving clients in Los Angeles and Northern California.


Maryanne Budetti, MA, BCBA
Regional Center Program Coordinator and WebABLLS Support

Maryanne joined Partington Behavior Analysts in 2005.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York, a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts, and her post-graduate ABA coursework at California State University - Sacramento. In 2008, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

In New England, she developed early childhood inclusion programs and implemented a film and video project to facilitate the inclusion of developmentally delayed children into the public school system. Maryanne then moved to California and became program director of an early childhood inclusion program serving Regional Center and County Mental Health clients in Oakland, California.

We were privileged to have Maryanne do her ABA internship at the STARS school. Today, she is divides her time between the STARS clinic and the WebABLLS support team.

Kathy Kilby, MAKathy Kilby, Partington Behavior Analysts Educational Consultant in Hawaii.
Education Consultant/Hawaii

Kathy first joined Partington Behavior Analysts in 1993 as an Instructional Assistant and quickly became an Educational Consultant. She relocated to Hawaii and has now rejoined our team in 2011 .

Kathy holds two Bachelor of Art Degrees in Psychology from the University of the Pacific, CA and completed her Master of Arts in Special Education at California State University, Sacramento, where she also earned an Education Specialist Credential specializing in Early Education and Moderate to Severe disabilities. Kathy is a licensed Special Education teacher both in California and in Hawaii.

She has been in the field for 21 years, with extensive training in Verbal Behavior. She has been working with children with autism and their families since 1989 in the clinical setting, home programs, and school settings, most recently servicing the Hawaii Department of Education as an Autism Consultant and a Special Education Teacher.


Michael Edmondson, BAEducational Consultant

Educational Consultant

Michael joined Partington Behavior Analysts in 2005.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Communications from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and has completed a graduate level course that is the first of three steps toward Board Certification as an Associate Behavior Analyst.

Michael originally joined us as an instructional assistant at our previous school and is now a valued member of our consultant team.

Christy Cameron, BSEducational Consultant
Educational Consultant

Christy joined Partington Behavior Analysts in 2009.

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Mississippi State University. She has taken associate board certification classes from the Florida Institute of Technology, and is currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree program in Behavior Analysis through the Sage Colleges.

Christy has experience carrying out treatment programs in classroom settings along with helping to develop behavior intervention programs. She has trained both teachers and parents to develop appropriate IEP goals and effectively carry out treatment programs. Christy works in our STARS clinic and in schools throughout Northern California.
