Autumn Bailey, MEd
Corporate Affairs Coordinator

Autumn has been working with children with autism and their families since 1998 and joined Partington Behavior Analysts in 2003 as an Educational Consultant and Special Education Teacher. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology and her Master's Degree in Special Education. Autumn has worked one on one with children and families as a consultant and a special education teacher. Autumn relocated and is now the Corporate Affairs Coordinator based in Illinois.

Tammy Pease
Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator

Tammy has been working for Partington Behavior Analysts since 2008. Tammy's a seasoned office administrator and handles a majority of our in-house operations. She provides administrative support to the staff, assists with contracts and accounts and keeps our office running smoothly.

Cathy Santopadre
WebABLLS Manager

Cathy Santopadre became involved with Dr. Partington in 1992 when her daughter was diagnosed with PDD, then autism. Dr. Partington worked closely with Cathy and her family as they implemented teaching important language and learning skills. Cathy joined Partington Behavior Analysts in 1996 as the Coordinator of Client Services; then in 2006, she moved to the position of WebABLLS Manager.

Lisa Squadere-Watson, AAS, BS
Marketing Coordinator

Lisa has been the Marketing Coordinator for Partington Behavior Analysts since 2006. She has been in the Educational Field for 20 years and has extensive experience in sales, marketing, planning and business management. Lisa is also a parent of a child with Autism and has a passion for sharing her experience to help others. Lisa attends many conferences across the country and is based in the Albany, New York, area.

Sarah Winkler
Administrative Assistant

Sarah began working for Partington Behavior Analysts as a part-time Administrative Assistant in 2006, but began a full-time position in 2011. Sarah works in the our Orders and Fulfillment Department and has other various responsibilities within the company.

Laurie Winkler
Administrative Assistant

Laurie began working for Partington Behavior Analysts in 2002 as an Administrative Assistant. Laurie works collaboratlvely in a variety of different capacities within the company. She is also in charge of our Orders and Fulfillment Department.

Johnathon Santopadre
WebABLLS Support

Johnathon graduated from Dartmouth College in 2009 with a degree in Economics modified with Psychology. Johnathon's younger sister, Elizabeth, overcame some of the huge obstacles that come along with having autism after working with Dr. Partington and Behavior Analysts, Inc. Johnathon joined the WebABLLS Support Team for Partington Behavior Analysts in 2010.
